Where your data lives.

Your email address, to send the sign-in link. Your career answers: the target you are competing for, your current position, your role history, levels, pay bands, team sizes, skills and experience, education by category, learning, and achievements. Every question is optional; you answer what you like.

What we never collect: your name, your photo, your contacts, your precise location, and school names. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies anywhere on the site.

The system that holds your career data never stores your email address. It keeps only a one-way scrambled hash, enough to recognize you when you sign in, useless for contacting or identifying you. Sign-in links work once and die in fifteen minutes.

• Cloudflare delivers the site, and as the network front door it sees internet addresses in transit.
• Railway hosts our engine and its database, where your answers live encrypted at rest.
• Anthropic runs the AI that reads an uploaded resume and writes your readings. It is barred from training on your data, and for the model we use it does not keep prompt or response content once the answer comes back.
• Resend delivers the sign-in email, and is the one service that handles your raw email address.

No one else. We add no service to this list without updating it first.

Never your record, and never you. Others see counts, averages, composites, and standings that your data contributes to, and numbers open only when enough people stand behind them. Below the floor, a figure shows nothing at all. Your employer’s name is used only to derive its size and industry and is never shown to anyone.

A resume is read once to propose your record, which you confirm screen by screen. The file itself is not stored. What stays is only what you confirm.

Your data is yours. At your account you can download everything you shared as one file, or delete your account entirely. Deletion erases your records from the live system at once, and from backups within thirty days. Questions or requests: support@mystanding.ai.
